Lameness and back problems that horses usually have can be prevented or treated. By using some rehabilitation programmes or proper training you can improve your horse’s core muscle strenght and level-up his dynamic stability!
But the effectiveness of that kind of rehabilitation programmes hasn’t been proved a lot. What more interesting is that recently a British researchers study has shown that the use of resistance bands in horse training can improve its dynamic stability at trot.
The research has been conducted by the Royal Veterinary College and according to them that specific system of elastic resistance bands can also prevent injuries and even overcome them.
The Equine Veterinary Journal has accepted to publish this British study so if you’ve finded interesting to read about this research, share this story with other horse lovers!
